Water Maxim's comes from the ancient springs of Chalcedon, at 1200 meters altitude on monte Falterona, within the National Park of the Casentino, in a territory which is still totally unspoilt.
The plant is located 45 Km from Florence, immersed in the 35.170 hectares of protected forest. A similar location and the geological features of the area, combine to determine the water exceptionally pure, is of great lightness and the physical and chemical composition very balanced. The water at Maxim's, thanks to its purity it is particularly suited to accompany meals because it doesn't alter the quality and taste of the food.
