Born during World War II as a Canadian frigate, Christina O was purchased in 1954 by Greek maritime magnate Aristotle Onassis, who turned her into the most luxurious private yacht of her time. It went on to host a large number of distinguished guests, ranging from Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra to John F Kennedy and Winston Churchill.

EXTERIOR DESIGN

Designed in the early fifties by Caesar Pinnau, Christina O's exterior easily stands out among other superyachts on today's charter market thanks to its distinctive clipper bow, long, veiled line, rounded superstructure and dazzling white sides, and this is not forgetting its trademark, bright yellow funnel.
A variety of vast outdoor spaces in Christina O offers a multitude of options for relaxing and socializing. The highest level of the yacht, it's well-prepared for sunbathing, with a line of lounge chairs and a bar, while the large pedestrian deck has an aft thermal pool, alfresco dining, and bar. The most impressive is the main deck, where the pool of Onassis has been restored with its famous mosaic of bull and Minoan vaulter.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Christina O's spacious interior was completely gutted during its most recent renovation, with remarkable artifacts recovered and lovingly restored. Finally, on the main deck, there is the Lapis Lounge, which takes its name from its original lapis lazuli fireplace, remained in its place, and decorated in the style of an English country manor house.
The main deck also houses a dining lounge with a 24-seat table and the Aris Bar, which boasts its own original rope-covered bar, bar handles with whale tusks, and whale leather bar stools. A majestic atrium with a striking mosaic of onassis' Omega logo then allows guests to access the two further lounges on the waterfront deck above via a spiral staircase.

GUEST ACCOMMODATION

Known as the Onassis Suite, the yacht's master cabin extends over the forward section of the deck and includes three rooms: a large sleeping area, a white Penteli marble bathroom, and a study full of books. The latter is covered with oak panels and boasts the original onyx fireplace, while the bedroom is illuminated by authentic Baccarat crystal sconces, which increase its elegance. The other onboard accommodation includes 10 double cabins on the main deck in the bow and eight convertible cabins on the lower deck.

COMFORT AND ENTERTAINMENT ON BOARD

In addition to its extraordinary relaxation and dining facilities, Christina O also offers a unique variety of leisure and entertainment facilities, particularly on its waterfront deck. These include an oak-paneled library with green upholstered chairs and sofas, and a huge lounge, which boasts three large seating areas.

This space can also serve as a ballroom, with a raised platform for the orchestra, as well as a cinema thanks to a curtain screen and a state-of-the-art sound system. There's also a glass-paneled gym on board and a music room with a Steinway piano where the likes of Maria Callas and Frank Sinatra once performed.

Water sports : 4 Tenders, 3 seadoo, 1 overboard, 1 flyboard, 1 sledding, snorkeling equipment + water toys.
