One of the most renowned design studios in the field, the Pastrovich Studio, has unveiled a very ambitious new project. It is the concept of a 90-meter superyacht, named X-Kid Stuff, which has a truly unique feature: when the boat is stationary in the bay or at anchor, the available surface expands and widens, offering a lot of space to the guests on board.
The Pastrovich Studio, led by architect and founder Stefano Pastrovich, famous for example for having conceived the Wallypower 118, has introduced this concept that challenges traditional standards. X-Kid Stuff is a 90-meter yacht that, once "opened" when at anchor, gains a very important walkable area, providing more space for all guests on board, effectively becoming like a villa on the sea.
The project of the motoryacht X-Kid Stuff is a concept that aims to combine the experience of luxury navigation with the utmost comfort when stationary at anchor or in a bay. While sailing, the motoryacht features a sleek profile, with essentially sober lines at the bow that slope towards a spacious stern. What makes this concept unique, however, is not immediately visible, and it is the possibility to fold the yacht's bulwarks, from the stern towards the front to halfway along its length, creating a completely open platform from which a variety of watercraft can be launched.
According to the Pastrovich Studio, this innovation allows X-Kid Stuff not only to expand its boundaries when moored but also to have enough space on board to accommodate a wide range of toys and equipment such as jet skis, tenders, and a 15-meter rib. The renderings even illustrate the possibility of hosting a fully equipped sailboat on board
