Sunseeker Ocean 182: the yacht is among the protagonists of the next Düsseldorf Boot 2024 (20-28 January)
Sunseeker Ocean 182 , built to European specifications, will make its debut at Boot Düsseldorf 2024. The Ocean 182 has over 2,000 square meters of interior space across three decks, comparable to that of a much larger yacht . With significant internal volume and an infinity main deck layout, the Ocean 182 will appeal to an owner seeking luxury and comfort.
Powered by two MAN V12 1900 engines , the latest Ocean model in the Sunseeker range reaches a top speed of 27 knots. Furthermore, with a cruising speed of 12 knots, it has a range of 1,100 nautical miles. The Ocean 182 benefits from a stabilization system that guarantees effective stability when sailing and a significant reduction in roll at rest or at anchor.
The Beach Club , 6 by 4 metres, offers all the essentials right on the water's surface. The foldable electric barbecue and the two Sonance speakers with Sonos amplifier guarantee entertainment, while the SeaStair hydraulic ladder and the retractable bathing platform allow you to enter and exit the water. The swim platform has a maximum load capacity of 750 kilograms and can comfortably hold a tender and a jet ski.
The Sunseeker The Beach Club leads to a generous aft cockpit with relaxation area, complete with a refrigeration system.
The foredeck is a social space with twin chaise lounges to port and starboard along with a large forward sundeck. The interior of the Ocean 182 has an interior concept that recalls a floating penthouse. Those who step aboard are immediately greeted by floor-to-ceiling sliding doors on the port side and matching windows on the starboard side that offer uninterrupted views from bow to stern, connecting guests to the marine environment.
The main deck is a space dedicated to socializing and entertainment and offers 671 square meters of living space with a stunning collection of contemporary furniture. The lounge features a trio of polished Minotti coffee tables complemented by a large upholstered sofa crafted by expert Sunseeker carpenters and upholsterers.
Forward of the spiral staircase is the semi-open galley with pantograph door to the port deck. Fully equipped with Miele appliances and a 34-bottle wine cooler, the kitchen offers plenty of space and also features the new Nikola Tesla induction hob with integrated extraction that uses Autocapture technology to eliminate cooking odors. To starboard, a generous dining table for eight guests and a bow bar become the ideal space for dinner.
The fluidity between exterior and interior living spaces is unmatched in this yacht. Thanks to the fully retractable sliding doors, the upper deck can be closed completely to create a third internal living space or left open to form an outdoor balcony, offering the owner maximum flexibility.
The single command console of this yacht is located on the upper deck. Next to the command cabin , there is a well-equipped L-shaped bar with fridge and sink to serve both the internal and external spaces of the upper deck. Further aft, on the starboard side, is an extension of the lounge with U-shaped seating and a fixed TV . The upper lounge features elegant Porta Romana lamps inspired by British surrealist artist Paul Nash. Beyond the upper hall there is a lounge equipped with large panoramic windows that offer a breathtaking view.
Below deck, the bright and elegant accommodation includes three double cabins and one twin, all with private bathrooms. The full-beam master cabin is the owner's retreat, while the VIP cabin is located forward and offers an equally luxurious experience for guests.
With a contemporary and timeless interior, the Ocean 182 is highly customizable to suit her owner's style and taste. The interiors, curated in collaboration with Design Unlimited, are characterized by soft neutral tones and a sumptuous blend of luxurious materials. The Ocean 182 is a masterpiece of design and engineering, offering a new paradigm of space, comfort and luxury on the water.
