In a week's time, a nautical event signed by Blue Marina Awards will take place in Liguria, together with the International Propeller Club of Savona.

An event not to be missed on March 27th in Savona to talk about the drivers who are shaping the future of our tourist ports.

While waiting for the launch of the third edition of the Blue Marina Awards, the brand recognizing the best nautical tourist port facilities, the event on March 27th, signed by the Blue Marina Awards, together with the International Propeller Club of Savona will in fact bring the spotlight on tourism , sustainability and innovation in Marinas.

The Propeller is a global organization that plays a crucial role in the blue economy, promoting sustainable development and innovation in the maritime and port sector. Through its vast network of professionals and experts, the club is committed to facilitating the exchange of ideas and best practices, significantly contributing to economic growth, the protection of the marine environment and the creation of job opportunities in the context of the blue economy.

The event on 27 March will delve into the critical role of ports and tourist landing places in relation to the themes of sustainability, tourist hospitality and innovation.

Walter Vassallo will talk about the state of the art of our Marinas and the portrait of the Italian tourist port system, with particular attention to the opportunities deriving from new products, services and solutions aimed at improving tourist reception and the valorisation of the territories that revolve around a Marina with its own cultural, artistic, landscape, food and wine identities. A portrait that will also include the sustainability and innovative actions that can be adopted to manage environmental impact, reduce pollution, waste, energy consumption, as well as produce clean energy.

A particular focus will be on aspects related to energy sustainability thanks to some contributions from leading companies in the sector.
